Self-Pay Options
Self-pay options are available for patients who do not have insurance, are out of network, or prefer not to use insurance.

Payment Responsibility
Patients are responsible for copays, deductibles, coinsurance, missed appointment fees when applicable, and any services not covered by insurance.
