- Diagnostic discussion

- Therapy or specialist referral recommendations when needed
Follow-Up Medication Management
Follow-up visits help monitor progress, adjust medications if needed, and support your ongoing care plan.
Typical length: 20–40 minutes
These visits may include:
- Medication response review
- Side effect monitoring
- Mood, sleep, anxiety, attention, and functioning check-ins
- Dose adjustments when clinically appropriate
- Care coordination
- Review of next steps
Extended Follow-Up Visit
An extended follow-up may be appropriate for patients with more complex concerns, multiple medications, new symptoms, or a need for additional discussion.
Typical length: 30–40 minutes
Telehealth and In-Person Visits
Telehealth Visits
Secure video visits are available for eligible patients located in Florida. Telehealth can be helpful for stable follow-ups and certain initial evaluations when appropriate.

- A private location
- Reliable internet
- A device with camera and microphone
- Access to your appointment link
- Current medication information nearby
In-Person Visits
In-person visits are available for patients who prefer office-based care or need an appointment format better suited to their clinical situation.

- Pharmacy information

- Names of current therapists, primary care providers, or specialists, if coordination is needed
Before Your Appointment
To make your visit as helpful as possible, consider writing down:
