Extended Follow-Up
A longer follow-up for greater clinical complexity, additional discussion, care coordination, or treatment-plan adjustments.

Urgent Established-Patient Consultation
Time-sensitive, non-emergency support for established patients when clinically appropriate and subject to provider availability.
